How it works

One request. Five to seven business days. A shortlist that already said yes.

Here is exactly what happens after you hit submit — on your side and on ours.

The agent pipeline behind every request — human-reviewed at every outbound step

01

Describe what you need

On your side

Write your requirement in plain English — product, specs, quantities, certifications, target price if you have one. Link or attach drawings, a BOM or a reference product. Ten minutes is usually enough.

On our side

Our AI agent parses your request into structured engineering criteria: processes, materials, tolerances, certifications, quantities, logistics. A human sourcing lead reviews the parse and flags anything ambiguous back to you before we search.

02

We scout the Taiwan supplier universe

On your side

Nothing — this is our work. You'll get a note within 48 hours with the first candidate set and any clarifying questions.

On our side

The agent searches our live Taiwan supplier graph — capability profiles built from official websites, catalogs, registrations, certifications and trade-show data, each with timestamped evidence. Candidates are scored per criterion: yes, likely, unknown or no, with the evidence behind each verdict. A human sourcing lead reviews the scored list before anything moves to outreach, trimming weak matches and adding candidates the algorithm missed.

03

We verify and engage — in Chinese

On your side

Review the outreach summary if you want visibility; otherwise wait. We never reveal more about your project than you approve.

On our side

We contact the top candidates in Chinese, in manufacturing language they take seriously. We confirm real capability, current capacity and genuine interest in your project, and put your technical questions directly to their engineers. Every message is drafted by the agent and reviewed by a human before it goes out — and when a supplier comes back with a nuanced question or a negotiating point (a tolerance trade-off, a tooling-cost ask), our sourcing lead handles it personally, in Chinese. The agent doesn't freelance on judgment calls.

04

You decide from a verified shortlist

On your side

Compare 3–5 suppliers who already said yes: normalized quotes side by side, response summaries, evidence links and our red-flag notes. Then take the warm introductions and start the conversations that matter.

On our side

We normalize every quote into the same structure — unit price, MOQ, lead time, tooling, incoterms, assumptions — so you compare like with like. A human sourcing lead quality-checks every quote against your original request and personally curates which suppliers make the final shortlist. The report shows the full funnel: contacted, replied, quoted.

AI does the legwork, humans make the calls

Our agent parses requests, scores matches and drafts every message — the legwork, done at a speed no team of humans could match on its own. But nothing goes out and nothing reaches your shortlist without a person: a sourcing lead reviews every AI-parsed brief before outreach starts, personally handles supplier negotiation nuance and technical questions in Chinese, quality-checks every quote against your original request, and curates the final shortlist you see. The agent doesn’t talk to suppliers unsupervised, and it doesn’t decide who makes your shortlist — a person does.

Deliverables

What you get — exactly

A US$99 sourcing request buys these six deliverables. Nothing vaguer, nothing hidden.

1

Your RFQ, sent in Chinese

We turn your requirement into a manufacturing-grade RFQ in Mandarin and send it to every matched, verified supplier — a real technical request, not a translated form email.

2

A private tracking page

A link only you have, showing live progress — candidates found, contacted, replied, quoted — updated as it happens, not just delivered at the end.

3

Email updates as replies arrive

You don't have to refresh a page. We email you as supplier replies come in, so you can weigh in early if you want to.

4Guaranteed

A shortlist of 3+ verified suppliers

At least three suppliers who confirmed real interest in your project — within 7 business days for a qualifying request, or a full refund. Conditions in our Terms.

5

Normalized quote comparison

Every quote that comes in is mapped into the same structure — unit price, MOQ, lead time, tooling, incoterms — so you compare suppliers like with like.

6

Full contact details for your shortlist

Once a supplier makes your shortlist, you get their real contact — name, email, phone where available. No middleman after that; you take it from there.

Not included in the US$99 request: sample orders, shipping/logistics and QC inspections. These are available as optional follow-on services — coordinated by us for a capped 1% fee — once you have a shortlist. See pricing. Guarantee conditions are set out in full in our Terms.

Your part

What we need from you

The better your request, the sharper the shortlist. You don’t need perfect documentation — you need honesty about what you know and don’t know yet. Our parse flags the gaps and we ask, rather than guess.

  • A real requirement — a product you actually intend to buy, not market research
  • Specs at whatever fidelity you have: drawings, a BOM, a datasheet, or a clear description with dimensions and materials
  • Quantities: pilot volume and expected annual volume, even as a range
  • Must-have certifications or standards (ISO, IATF, HACCP, ECE… whatever applies)
  • Target price or budget range if you have one — it sharpens supplier interest
  • Timeline and destination, so quotes come back with realistic lead times and incoterms

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

Launch special: a sourcing request is US$99, one-time (regular price US$490 per request) — limited time. Heavier users can move to a monthly partner plan. See the pricing page for details — there are no hidden fees and suppliers never pay us.

How do you handle my IP, drawings and NDAs?

Your files are shared only with suppliers you approve, and only to the level of detail needed for a quote. We sign an NDA with you on request before you upload anything, and we can require supplier NDAs before drawings are released. Sensitive details can be redacted for first-round outreach.

Can you handle sample orders before mass production?

Every quote we collect includes sample pricing and first-article lead time as standard, so you always know the pilot-run numbers going in. Placing and coordinating the actual sample order — shipment, customs, tracking — sits outside the base request; it's available as an optional follow-on service once you have a shortlist.

How are suppliers vetted?

Three layers: evidence (official registrations, websites, catalogs and certifications, each checked and timestamped), verification (we confirm capability and capacity directly with the supplier for your specific requirement), and behavior (response speed and quote quality are tracked over time). No supplier can pay to be included or ranked.

What languages do you work in?

You work with us in English. We work with suppliers in Mandarin Chinese (and Taiwanese where it helps). Quotes, response summaries and the shortlist report all come back to you in English.

I only need a small MOQ. Is that a problem?

Often not — Taiwanese manufacturers are unusually pilot-friendly, and MOQ flexibility is one of the things we verify explicitly. If your volume is genuinely below what any qualified supplier will take, we'll tell you that within 48 hours rather than waste your week.

What if you can't find a match?

For a qualifying request — one of our 4 verticals, production-grade standard/aftermarket parts (not ground-up R&D), with at least quantities and basic specs — we guarantee at least 3 verified suppliers who confirmed interest within 7 business days, or a full refund. Either way you get a written explanation of what we searched and why it didn't close.

Do you take commissions from suppliers?

No. Suppliers never pay to be listed, matched or introduced. We work for the buyer only — that's the entire point. The optional order-coordination fee on the pricing page is paid by you, disclosed upfront and capped.

Is this a directory I can browse?

No — and that's deliberate. Browsing profiles is the old way. You submit a request; we return suppliers who have been verified against your criteria and have already said yes to your project.

Ready when you are. Launch price: US$99, guaranteed or refunded.

Describe your requirement in plain English. We’ll take it from there.
