If you want us to stay on after the shortlist — coordinating samples, purchase orders, inspections and shipment — we offer an optional transaction-support fee of 1% of order value, capped per order. Quoted upfront, paid by you, never by the supplier. Most buyers who just need the shortlist never use it.

Questions about pricing
Do suppliers pay you anything?
No. Suppliers never pay to be listed, matched, ranked or introduced. Our only customer is the buyer, so our incentive is to find the supplier that fits you — not the one that pays us.
Is US$99 the permanent price?
No — it's a limited-time launch offer. The regular price is US$490 per sourcing request. We'll always tell you the price before you submit, and launch pricing won't change on a request already in progress.
What is the optional success fee?
If you want us to stay involved after the shortlist — coordinating the order, samples, inspections and shipment — we offer optional order-coordination support at 1% of the transaction value, capped. It is entirely optional, quoted upfront, and paid by you, never the supplier.
What counts as one request?
One product or one tightly related part family with a shared set of specs. A machined housing with its matching cover is one request; a housing plus an unrelated packaging job is two. When in doubt, submit it — we'll scope it with you before anything is billed.
What does the guarantee cover, exactly?
If your request is for production-grade standard/aftermarket parts (not ground-up R&D) and includes at minimum quantities and basic specs, we guarantee at least 3 verified suppliers who have confirmed they want your project — within 14 days for our four core verticals (24 days for other categories) — or a full refund, plus a written summary of what we searched and why it didn't close.
When do I pay?
Payment is due when you submit a scoped Sourcing Request, before we begin outreach. Nothing is contacted on your behalf until the request is paid. The Sourcing Partner plan is billed monthly.
Is there a free trial, or a free sample shortlist?
No. Every sourcing request is paid up front — there is no free tier, free trial or trial credit. The reason is simple: the work you are paying for is real people contacting real factories in Chinese on your behalf, and that cost is incurred the moment we start. What protects you instead is the guarantee — if we can't put at least 3 verified, willing suppliers in front of you within the stated window on a qualifying request, you get a full refund. You take the risk-free position through the refund, not through a trial.
Can I see the supplier names before paying?
No. After you submit, we show you how many candidate suppliers your request matched and you get a private tracking page you can watch for free — but supplier names, websites and contact details stay masked until the request is paid. That masked shortlist is the product; showing it would be giving it away.
